The Ministry of Education Curriculum Department and the Addis Ababa City Administration have, at different times, sought the assistance of our institution in developing course materials.  In this respect a number of our teachers have been relieved from work for quite considerable period of time to offer services to the said institutions.

Similarly, the Law Faculty has been actively taking part in the national Law curriculum developing team, who work under the Ministry of Capacity Building.  As part of this endeavor, SMUC is among the first institutions to develop teaching materials for a course in the discipline making it readily available for the entire Law Faculties of public and private institutions.
