Office of the Registrar


The philosophy of Office of the Registrar is based on the assumption that service to stu­dents and faculty is first among its priorities, recognizing that they are its primary con­stituents. To achieve this, the Office uses the best and most current methods of keeping records, of ensuring their privacy and safety and of helping students and the University College achieve their academic goals. Office of the Registrar believes in the values of honesty, cor­rect information, positive attitude, equality and fairness, competency, cooperation and teamwork, continual self-assessment, privacy and security, and creativity and innovation.

Mission Statement

Office of the Registrar is dedicated to provide the possible services to meet the needs of the University College students and staff. The Office is responsible for keeping students’ record confidentially from their admission to graduation. Office of the Registrar offers services to students, instructors and administration members according to their needs.
